(1) Before implementing the policies, programs or projects specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing notices in the Nepal Gazette, strategic environmental analysis shall be conducted in relation to such policies, programs or projects.
(2) Other arrangements related to strategic environmental analysis as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
